Garlic Parm Shrimp Rings

1 Pound of Large Shrimp (DICED)

Wet Batter:

2 Cups of All Purpose Flour

1 and 1 Half Cups of CLUB SODA

2 Tablespoons of Old Bay - or to TASTE

2 Tablespoons ofGarlic Powder

2 Tablespoons of Onion Powder

1 Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika

2 Teaspoons of White Pepper

1 Egg

It should be a thick batter, but still smooth. If it’s too thick.. add club soda GRADUALLY.

ONCE THE SHRIMP IS SEMI FROZEN, LIGHTLY DUNK IT IN THE WET BATTER, USE YA HANDS TO KEEP THE SHAPE OF THE RING AND TO LATHER THE BATTER ON IT. THEN THROW IT IN THE DRY BATTER (1 and 1 Half Cup of Flour - Plain)

Fry for like 4 minutes on each side - depends on how big the rings are though.
