There were seasons when nothing about my life looked impressive.
No visible progress.
No momentum to point to.
Just steady, unseen development. At first, I questioned whether anything was happening at all. But later, I realized how much was
being formed beneath the surface, judgment, patience, discernment, restraint.
Things I wouldn’t have learned if everything had moved faster. What took time wasn’t being delayed. It was being strengthened. When growth happens quietly, it isn’t fragile.
It doesn’t rely on attention to survive. It stands because it was built with care. That understanding changed how I wait, how I trust, and how I move.
Some things don’t rise quickly, they rise securely. And that’s worth the wait.
