I don’t know who or what to believe anymore 😅 #hypnosis #liar #whatsreal #hypnotized #maincharacter
I’ve recently found myself caught in a confusing cycle of trying to figure out what’s real and what’s not, especially after watching content related to hypnosis and deception. It feels like there’s this blurry line between being genuinely convinced of something and being manipulated into believing a false narrative. The feeling of being hypnotized, whether literally or metaphorically, can leave you questioning everything around you—including your own thoughts. From my experience, when you start encountering people who seem deceitful or situations that challenge your sense of reality, the best approach is to slow down and critically evaluate the evidence, rather than immediately jumping to conclusions. There’s also a strong emotional component; feeling like the 'main character' in your own life story means your mind is naturally searching for control and understanding, but sometimes this leads to overthinking and doubting even trustworthy sources. What helped me was learning more about the mechanisms of hypnosis and how easily the mind can be influenced. This understanding made me more mindful of how external influences shape my beliefs. Rather than feeling defeated by uncertainty, I try to embrace curiosity and maintain an open but discerning mindset. If you ever feel overwhelmed by conflicting information or doubts about what’s real, it might help to discuss your thoughts with others you trust or even journal your experiences. Sometimes, sharing your perspective can clarify your own understanding and reveal new insights. Remember, questioning reality doesn’t mean you’re lost—it means you’re aware and actively seeking truth.
