In an age when everything is' fast '...Chat fast, dating, transfer fast (eh?) 🤣 It can't help us think about "90s love." It's an 'analog' relationship with some classics and charm that technology can't give us.

ในยุค 90 ความรักไม่ได้รีบร้อนเหมือนในยุคดิจิทัล ทุกความสัมพันธ์มีความหมายลึกซึ้งเพราะต้องอาศัยการรอคอยและความตั้งใจจริง เช่น การรอโทรศัพท์บ้านให้สายปลายทางรับหรือไม่รับ ถือเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ทำให้ใจเต้นแรงอย่างคาดหวัง การบอกรักผ่านเทปคาสเซ็ตต์ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งเสน่ห์ของยุคนี้ ผมเคยใช้เวลาหลายชั่วโมงคัดเลือกเพลงที่สื่อถึงความรู้สึกที่อยากส่งให้คนรัก และนั่งจับจังหวะกดอัดเทปจากวิทยุอย่างใจจดใจจ่อ เมื่อเพลงบอกใจดังขึ้นก็เหมือนมีบทสนทนาที่ลึกซึ้งกว่าแค่คำพูด เพจเจอร์ที่เคยฮิตในยุคนั้นก็ยิ่งเพิ่มความน่ารักในการสื่อสารรหัสลับอย่าง 1150 ที่หมายถึงคำว่า 'คิดถึง' ซึ่งเป็นวิธีบอกรักที่ต้องใช้ความช่างสังเกตและเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกัน การเดทก็มักเรียบง่ายอย่างในโรงหนังสยามลิโด้หรือลิโด้สกาล่า ที่การนั่งข้างกันแอบมองกันก็เพียงพอที่จะทำให้ใจพองโต ความสัมพันธ์ก้ำกึ่งโดยไม่ต้องแสดงสถานะทางโซเชียลให้โลกรู้ แต่ยอดเยี่ยมในเรื่องความเอาใจใส่และเวลาในการสร้างความรู้สึก ส่วนเพลงอกหักยุค 90 ก็ช่วยบิ๊วอารมณ์ความรักไม่ว่าจะสุขหรือเศร้า เพลงเหล่านี้เป็นเหมือนเพื่อนคู่คิดช่วยเยียวยาจิตใจและย้ำเตือนความรักในรูปแบบอนาล็อกที่จับต้องได้จริง มุมมองความรักในยุค 90 เป็นบทเรียนว่าความรักต้องการเวลาและความตั้งใจ ไม่ใช่แค่ความรวดเร็วอย่างเดียว ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ผมคิดถึงและอยากให้คนรุ่นใหม่ลองสัมผัสความรู้สึกนี้ดูบ้าง
