Mirae Sushi review, some hundred thousand

🍚 Raw Fish Face Rice (359 baht) Fresh Fish to come a lot (full) Sweet Rice is good but sweet (and yes, I am a Chonburi person)
🥢 Yakisoba Seafood (169 baht) Delicious, right Yakisoba, tastes like "cheap and good," ink is ink, 🦑 shrimp is shrimp, 🦐 crispy vegetables are not bitter, give 10 / 10 at all.
👑 Emperor Set (999 baht) Worth it! Confused.
- Let's start with the soy sauce boiled salmon head. The head is very big. There is leather. Very fresh. No smell. The soy sauce taste is correct, but the radish is a little stiff. Stick a little bitter.
- Spicy wind roll salsa, delicious again, big words, rice is good, cream cheese, sauce, fish, go together (but i hate cucumber, suggest kickoff)
- Sashimisalmon is awesome, the citrus girl likes it, but the one in the cup smells a little too strong.
- Crisp Fish Skin Salad Regular No Wow No Surprise Not Bad But Plain But Vegetables Are Good Fresh + Beautiful Japanese Soy Sauce Dressing Is Mellow

- Overall, I like it. It's delicious. It's fresh, it's perfect. It's not dark. There's people drinking beer, Izakaya, and I brought you to eat carp in the same shop.

เผื่อใครกำลังหา “ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น ชลบุรี / อาหารญี่ปุ่น ใกล้ฉัน” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไป Mirae Sushi Japanese Restaurant บางแสน (みらいへ) ดีไหม ขอเล่าเพิ่มเติมแบบคนไปลองจริงว่า ร้านนี้เหมาะกับหลายโอกาสมาก ๆ ทั้งมื้อเย็นชิล ๆ แบบอิซากายะ (มีโซนบาร์และที่นั่ง) ไปกับเพื่อน/แฟนก็ได้ หรือพาครอบครัวไปทานข้าวก็ไม่เขิน เพราะบรรยากาศไม่ได้มืด ไม่เสียงดัง คุยกันได้สบาย เรื่อง “เมนู Mirae Sushi” ถ้าไปครั้งแรก แนะนำให้เริ่มจากเมนูที่กินง่ายและวัดมาตรฐานร้านได้ชัด ๆ เช่น ข้าวหน้าปลาดิบรวม (แนวข้าวหวานนิด ๆ) กับซุปมิโซะ/ซุปเต้าหู้มิโซะ และสลัดงา จะได้บาลานซ์ความเลี่ยนดี ส่วนสายเส้นอย่างเราคือยกให้ยากิโซบะทะเลเลย เส้นดี ซีฟู้ดชัด กุ้งเป็นกุ้ง ปลาหมึกเป็นปลาหมึก ผักยังกรอบ เป็นจานที่สั่งซ้ำได้ไม่เบื่อ ถ้าไปหลายคนและอยากคุ้ม ๆ แนะนำสั่งเป็นเซต เช่น Emperor Set (แนวจัดเต็ม) เพราะได้ลองหลายอย่างในมื้อเดียว ทั้งหัวปลาแซลมอนต้มซีอิ๊ว ซูชิโรล ซาชิมิ และสลัด (อย่างสลัดหนังปลากรอบก็เป็นตัวคั่นรสได้ดี) ทริคเล็ก ๆ คือถ้าในโรลมีแตงกวาแล้วไม่ชอบ บอกพนักงานหรือเขี่ยออกได้ตามสบาย เครื่องดื่มก็อยากป้ายยา ชาเขียวรีฟิลคือคุ้มจริง เติมบ่อยแบบไม่ต้องรอ และถ้าอยากได้อะไรหวานซ่า ๆ ก็มีอิตาเลียนโซดาให้เลือกด้วย หลายคนถามว่า “เป็นบุฟเฟต์อาหารญี่ปุ่นไหม?” จากที่เราไป เป็นแนว a la carte/เป็นจานกับเซตมากกว่า (ไม่ใช่บุฟเฟต์) งบประมาณเลยคุมได้ตามที่สั่ง ถ้าไป 3–4 คนแล้วสั่งทั้งจานหลัก+ของทานเล่น+เครื่องดื่ม จะอยู่ประมาณหลักพันกลาง ๆ แล้วแต่ความหิว การเดินทาง: โซนแสนสุข บางแสน ถนนเลี่ยงหนองมน มีที่จอดรถและมีพนักงานช่วยดูที่จอด ทำให้ไปมื้อเย็นก็ไม่ลำบาก สุดท้าย ขอย้ำคำเตือนแบบคนรีวิวเองเลยว่า รสชาติอาจขึ้นกับความชอบส่วนตัว (เราเป็นสายติดหวานนิด ๆ) แต่ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นในชลบุรีที่วัตถุดิบสด บรรยากาศไม่วุ่นวาย และเมนูมีให้เลือกทั้งซูชิ/ซาชิมิ/อิซากายะ ร้านนี้เป็นหนึ่งตัวเลือกที่น่าแวะมาก ๆ
