Sometimes we look at the week ahead and start stressing about how we’re gonna handle it all. But reminding yourself that you are able with confidence—helps you show up for yourself. And listen, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in work, family, and everything else that we forget to take care of ourselves. Self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential. If you’re not taking time to rest, recharge, and just breathe, how can you show up as your best self?..I know it can be hard to “ trust the process”, especially when things aren’t going exactly how we planned, but trust that you’re on the right path. Even if it feels messy or confusing right now, trust that it’s leading you somewhere beautiful. Everything happens in its own time, and you are exactly where you need to be in this moment✨🪴

When I remind myself of this, it helps me release the need for constant control and embrace the journey, even when it feels messy. It brings a sense of peace that allows me to focus on what I can control – my attitude and actions. Another game-changer for me is: "I release any stress or negativity from the past week. I am starting this week with a fresh perspective." This one is perfect for a Sunday evening or Monday morning reset. We often carry over burdens from previous days, but consciously letting them go creates space for new, positive energy. This helps me show up for Tuesday and the rest of the week feeling lighter and more open to new possibilities, rather than dwelling on past hiccups. And let's talk about self-worth.
