🌳 in the heart of Chiang Mai, there's a place that, walking through a bamboo tunnel, feels like it's slipping into another world... it's Tamarind Village. 💚
Over 200 years old tamarind trees, shady green gardens and Lanna-style architecture make this place like a small village tucked away in the middle of the old town.
It was still among the people and bustle of Old Town, but when I stepped in here, everything looked strangely slower.
This time we tried Afternoon Tea for 1,200 baht.
Compared to the atmosphere and experience, it felt very rewarding and everything was more delicious than expected. 👍
I'd recommend trying "tea" rather than coffee. 🍵
Make a little dark tea and add a little milk. The aroma will soften deeper and match the calm atmosphere of Tamarind Village.
And as many people know... I'm a real bread line. 🥹
All the snacks and bakeries in this set are delicious. Afternoon Tea is usually left, but there is nothing unpleasant this time until the whole set is exhausted. 😂
The taste is not too sweet, there is no flavorful feeling beyond nature, and the freshness of the raw material is felt in every word.
