Speaking of which, I'm starting my day with a delicious avocado smoothie made with:
✨ 1 ripe avocado
✨ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
✨ 1 tsp honey (optional)
This smoothie is not only yummy, but it's also filling and packed with nutrients! 🥑🌿 Plus, it's been a GAME CHANGER for my intermittent fasting routine! 🤯 I drink this smoothie every morning, and it keeps me full until lunchtime.

Yup! Basically just keep eating as much as you want and don’t eat bread, pasta or rice! You can also have a cheat day. If you see that you ate a lot the day before then the next day don’t eat any sweets and give your body a day or two break of sugar and pretty much you’ll loose and maintain the weight you lost ❤️
