The title explains it all. Feeling rather proud of myself for clearing the refrigerator a lil bit. Bless modern conveniences like frozen food and canned food. For the creamed spinach, I thawed the entire bag of frozen chopping spinach in the microwave, removed the excess water, and set it aside.
