「一級建築士＝ハイスペ」「現場男子って実際どう？」が気になる人向けに、私が周りで見てきた“リアル”をもう少し補足します。 まず「一級建築士がハイスペ」と言われやすいのは、資格そのものの難易度に加えて、仕事の守備範囲が広いから。設計・法規・構造・施工の知識が必要で、会話していても説明が論理的な人が多い印象でした。転職市場でも評価されやすく、年収が上がるタイミング（資格手当・役職・担当案件の規模）が比較的はっきりしているのも“将来性”として強いです。 一方で「現場男子（施工管理・職人さん含む）」は、いわゆる学歴の話より“稼ぐ力と生活力”でハイスペ感が出るタイプ。職人不足で案件が多い時期は単価も上がりやすく、結果的に中小でも景気が良いケースをよく聞きます。若い頃に寮生活をしていた人は、家賃負担が少なくて貯金ができているパターンもあり、「結婚資金のスタートが早い」って地味に大きいなと思いました。 あと、現場の人ってDIYや設備周りに強い人が多いです。洗濯機の設置や家具の組み立て、ちょっとした補修をサッとやってくれるのは、同棲・結婚後の“生活のストレス”が減るポイント。力持ちで頼れる、というのも日常だと助かります。 ただしデメリットも現実的で、におい・泥汚れ・洗濯物の量は覚悟が必要。夏場は特に作業服のケアが大変で、食事量も多めなので自炊派だと負担が増えるかも。ここは「家事分担」「乾燥機や制服用の洗濯ルール」「帰宅後すぐお風呂」みたいに、最初に仕組みを作るとかなりラクになります。 見極めのコツとしては、①休みの取り方（連休が取れる会社か）②安全意識（現場での基本が守れるか）③お金の使い方（見栄消費か、貯金・投資ができるか）④飲み会の頻度（価値観が合うか）を会話でチェック。職業だけで判断せず、“働き方とお金の癖”まで見ると、ハイスペかどうかが分かりやすいです。
