1st Tarot Reading (in Taiwan!)
When life doesn't give you answers, I decided to seek them through.. tarot reading! while I was on holiday in Taipei, I decided to check out this place that had 4.8 reviews instead of the Songjiang Fortune Telling Street.
My experience:
🃏you get to choose the deck of cards you want
🃏the readings seemed to based on the tarot reader's assessment of what you tell her and interpretation of the cards; so if you are not forthcoming, you may not get the readings right
🃏the advice you seek seemed to be based on their personal experience
🃏accuracy of the readings - 40%? she got my original plan about the matter asked right
🃏session was timed - TWD1000 for a half-hour session, but I observed they try to drag the session on so they could charge more
Overall Conclusion:
🛟It goes to show that your life is yours to dictate. Tarot reading is meant to gain clarity, not to have a future told.
🛟Choose your tarot reader wisely.
😊If you have extra TWD to spare, it can be a fun/different experience to have.

Navigating life's uncertainties can be challenging, and tarot reading offers a unique approach to reflect on our inner strengths and possibilities. From my experience in Taipei, I realized that tarot is less about predicting the future and more about tapping into your intuition and uncovering your innate talents. When I chose my deck and interacted candidly with the tarot reader, the session felt more personalized and insightful. It’s crucial to approach tarot with an open mind and see it as a tool to guide your thoughts rather than absolute answers. For anyone considering a tarot session, especially while traveling, I recommend selecting a reader who resonates with you and being honest about your questions. This allows the readings to be more meaningful and relevant to your personal journey. Reflecting on the advice given, I found myself more aware of my own strengths and how I might navigate uncertain times ahead. Tarot won’t solve everything, but it can be a valuable experience to pause, reflect, and connect with your inner self when life feels unclear.
