Cloud Glitch
Reupload from my TikTok 2024-5-1 #finalfantasy7rebirth #cloudstrife #chocobo
Hey everyone! I just had to jump on here and share the most hilarious, unexpected thing that happened to me while diving deep into Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. You know how sometimes you're just enjoying the incredible world, maybe riding your trusty Chocobo across a vast plain, and then, completely out of nowhere, the game decides to throw you a curveball? Well, that's exactly what went down with my beloved Cloud Strife. I was actually on my way to explore one of those tricky side quests outside Kalm, just gallivanting along with my Chocobo, enjoying the stunning graphics and the freedom of exploration. Everything was going smoothly, when suddenly, without warning, my Cloud's character model went... well, wonky. He didn't just stumble; he performed this absolutely bizarre, physics-defying maneuver where he seemed to merge with the Chocobo in the most comical way imaginable. His Buster Sword, typically a symbol of his stoic resolve, was sticking through the Chocobo's neck, and Cloud himself looked like he was simultaneously riding and trying to phase through his feathery companion. My first reaction was a mix of confusion and utter disbelief, quickly followed by uncontrollable laughter. I literally muttered to myself, 'Guys, I think Cloud broke...' as I scrambled to hit the record button. It wasn't a game-breaking bug; nothing crashed, and I could still move, albeit with Cloud looking like he was having an existential crisis mid-ride. It was purely visual, but oh-so-memorable. It’s these unscripted, spontaneous moments of glitchy chaos that sometimes add so much unique charm to our gaming adventures, isn't it? It got me thinking about all the other funny glitches I've encountered in open-world RPGs. There's something inherently delightful about seeing characters T-pose unexpectedly, or objects defying gravity, or companions getting stuck in the most peculiar places. They're not ideal, of course, and developers work hard to iron them out, but when they happen in a harmless, humorous way, they become fantastic stories to share. This specific 'Cloud broke' moment truly encapsulated the wild, unpredictable fun of gaming for me. I even tried to recreate the glitch later, hoping to catch it again from a different angle, but it seems it was a one-off, truly special occurrence. It just adds to the legend, right? It made me appreciate the intricate details of FF7 Rebirth even more, knowing that even with such a massive, beautiful world, there are still these little, sometimes hilarious, imperfections waiting to be discovered. Have any of you stumbled upon similar funny glitches in FF7 Rebirth or any other games recently? What's the most memorable 'character broke' moment you've witnessed? I'm always up for hearing your unique gaming tales – sometimes, the best content isn't planned at all!
