Looking for a Water Based Cleanser!

I'm looking to double cleanse and not sure what water based cleanser to go for, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm currently looking at La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser but I'm not sure how well received this is.
