I Finally Don’t Have to Worry About Opening Bottle Caps Anymore!✅
After Years of Recurring Tendonitis, I Finally Don’t Have to Worry About Opening Bottle Caps Anymore!✅
It was actually a few days ago when I opened a bottle cap that I realized my wrist was really better.🤗
This used to be the movement I feared the most. The moment I started twisting a bottle cap, I would suddenly feel a sharp pull inside my wrist, and I would immediately let go because of the pain.💥 That day, I opened it without even thinking, and then I realized: the tendonitis that had kept coming back for years might really be behind me.🥰
At first, it wasn’t constant pain. It only hurt when I used my wrist at certain angles. Opening bottle caps hurt, carrying bags would pull on my wrist, and typing for too long would make it feel sore and swollen.😞 The most frustrating part was that it always gave me false hope. I could go several days without pain, then after a few busy days, it would come right back. 💫
That’s why I eventually stopped believing in “just rest for a few days and it will get better.” I use my hands every day, so completely resting them was basically impossible. 🙁
That’s also why I was willing to try Huayilang Patch after seeing someone with the same tendonitis share their experience. She said she also had wrist pain when twisting things and that her recurring wrist problems gradually became more stable after using this patch.✨ After reading her story, I went on Amazon and bought two boxes.
The first time I used it, I was very careful. I rotated my wrist a little first, found the spot that would hurt whenever I moved it, and applied the patch there.🙏🏻 The next day, I tried opening a bottle cap again. There was still some soreness, but I didn’t feel that sudden sharp pull like before, and I was able to slowly use my strength again.☺️
After finishing the first box, the biggest difference was when typing and using a mouse.✊🏻 Before, the longer I used my mouse, the more swollen and uncomfortable my wrist would feel, like something was stuck inside. During that time, I could use my hand for longer without the soreness showing up as quickly.🤭
After finishing the second box, things were basically stable. Now I don’t have to switch hands before opening bottle caps, I don’t worry about my wrist suddenly giving out when holding a cup, and typing no longer gets interrupted by the pain.😆
The best part is that I finally don’t have to look at a bottle cap and think first: “Can this hand handle opening it?”💖
