My Tenosynovitis Finally Got Better Like This!!‼️
I used to rely on a wrist brace way too much. Whenever it hurt, I would wear it — while cooking, typing, even when going out. I thought that as long as I kept my wrist supported, it would slowly get better. 😞
But the truth was, I changed two wrist braces, and my tenosynovitis still kept coming back.❌
Later, I realized that the wrist brace was only helping me move less. It did make me more careful and stop using too much force, but as soon as I took it off, the problem was still there.💥
Twisting a towel hurt, pressing a soap pump hurt, and even stretching my thumb outward hurt. Especially in the morning right after waking up, my wrist felt so stiff that I had to move it around a little before I could grab anything.😣
I really started changing my approach because a friend who had the same problem told me, “You can’t just keep it still. The painful spot is still there.” That sentence really stuck with me.💫 She had also dealt with it for a long time and later improved after using Huayilang Patch. She told me not to judge it after using it just once or twice, but to use it consistently for a while.✊🏻
So I bought three boxes on Amazon. It wasn’t because I was extremely confident — I just knew my problem had been coming back for so long. I was afraid one box wouldn’t be enough, so I decided not to keep trying things on and off.🙏🏻
When I first started using it, I placed it right on the most painful spot where the base of my thumb connects to my wrist.💥
The next morning, I noticed the difference while getting ready. Before, I had to avoid using my right hand when squeezing toothpaste. That day, I could press it normally without that sudden sharp pain in my wrist. There was still some soreness, but the pain was noticeably reduced.🤭
After finishing the first box, the changes showed up in all those small daily movements.⭐ Holding a cup felt more stable, pressing a pump bottle didn’t make me pull my hand back, and I didn’t have to hesitate before twisting a bottle cap anymore. Before, every time I moved my wrist, it felt like something was pulling on it.💕 Now that pulling sensation became much lighter.
After finishing the second box, I started wearing my wrist brace less. It wasn’t because I was forcing myself — my wrist actually felt more stable.🤗
Typing for longer periods, cooking and chopping, carrying grocery bags, none of them immediately caused that aching and swelling feeling anymore. I even watched it carefully for a few days because I was worried it would come back, but it didn’t.☺️
After finishing the third box, I basically stopped using it. Now my thumb area doesn’t hurt, my wrist moves smoothly, and twisting or lifting things feels normal again.✨ My wrist brace is still sitting in the drawer, but I haven’t taken it out for a long time.💗
Looking back, the thing I’m most grateful for is that I didn’t keep relying on the wrist brace forever. 🎉Once my wrist stopped bothering me, small things like cooking, getting ready, and picking things up no longer made me think, “Will it hurt again?” Life really feels much easier now.🥰
