Currently finishing Things No One Taught Us About Love, but I’m saving this moment… because when I’m ready to start setting boundaries for real, I’ll be walking into it with intention.

For most of my life, I struggled with boundaries.

I said yes when I meant no.

I stayed silent to avoid conflict.

I prioritized others’ comfort over my own peace.

But the truth is:

constantly abandoning yourself isn’t love—it’s survival mode.

And I’m done surviving. I’m ready to start healing.

That’s why I picked up The Set Boundaries Workbook by Nedra Glover Tawwab.

This is Day 1 of choosing me.

What I’ve learned so far:

• Boundaries protect your peace, not your ego.

• Saying “no” is an act of honesty, not rebellion.

• Loving yourself includes disappointing others sometimes.
