I didn’t realize how deeply my attachment style was shaping my relationships until I found myself repeating the same patterns over and over again.
Sometimes I was chasing love…
Other times, I was pushing it away.
Both came from the same root: I didn’t feel safe.
So I decided to sit with myself.
To stop blaming love and start healing the way I receive it.
For the past 14 days, I’ve been journaling through The Attachment Theory Workbook + I Love Me More — and everything shifted. This series helped me:
