my healing timeline… with God ⭐

this isn’t just a reading list for me…

it’s a healing journey I’m intentionally walking through with God

I realized I don’t want to rush healing anymore

I want to actually understand it… feel it… and grow through it

so from May to September, I’m focusing on one book at a time

starting with letting go of what broke me

then rebuilding emotionally

renewing my mindset

learning how to manage my emotions

and finally trusting God fully

no pressure, no rushing…

just taking it one book, one day, one moment at a time 🤍

... Read moreHealing is often a gradual, deeply personal process, and what I've found most helpful is committing to intentional steps rather than rushing through it. I love how this timeline breaks healing into manageable stages, each with a specific focus, which really supports long-term growth. For example, starting in May with 'Break Up With What Broke You' helped me let go of lingering emotional baggage. It wasn’t about ignoring pain but creating space to heal. By June, working through '45 Days to Emotional Strength' guided me to stabilize and become emotionally aware, which made a big difference during stressful moments. July’s focus on renewing my mind through '30 Days to a Renewed Mind' transformed how I approach negative thoughts and inner dialogue. Changing that internal narrative was empowering and deeply healing. August’s theme of managing emotions felt practical since it taught me how to respond rather than react impulsively, which I find crucial in daily life. Finally, trusting God fully in September brought a sense of peace and surrender, especially releasing control and having faith through uncertainty. Throughout this journey, integrating tools like daily journaling and Bible reflections enhanced my connection to God and my self-awareness. This approach emphasizes no pressure or rush, just steady, meaningful progress—something I believe anyone undergoing healing can relate to and benefit from. Taking healing one book, one day, one moment at a time truly resonated with my personal experience and faith walk.
