How to apply sunscreen to survive the Thai sun!☀️
The sun in Thailand is so hot and devastating. We still won't apply sunscreen again??
Most recently, according to the UV Index or the UV Index, Thailand has exceeded 11. Extreme UV means that the radiation is severe. It means that if we go out to the sun, in a few minutes, the skin has already been affected by UV, no more than an hour.
So we do not underestimate when to leave the house, learn to apply sunscreen as a habit, because the sun is not strong only this summer, but the sun in Thailand is destructive throughout the year. August is even more brutal. Today, so I took a trick to apply sunscreen to the highest performance!

สภาพอากาศร้อนแรงในประเทศไทยที่มีดัชนีรังสี UV สูงถึงระดับ Extreme ส่งผลให้ผิวของเราต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงจากแสงแดดมากกว่าประเทศอื่น ๆ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเดือนมีนาคมถึงสิงหาคม ซึ่งเป็นเวลาที่ค่ารังสี UV พุ่งสูงสุด การมีนิสัยทากันแดดให้ถูกวิธีจึงสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การทากันแดดเป็นขั้นตอนที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม ไม่ใช่เพียงเพื่อความสวยงาม แต่เพื่อรักษาสุขภาพผิวให้แข็งแรงและป้องกันปัญหาผิวเสียจากแสงแดดในระยะยาว เช่น ฝ้า กระ และมะเร็งผิวหนัง อย่าลืมว่าก่อนทากันแดดควรเตรียมผิวด้วยการเติมความชุ่มชื้นหรือใช้เซรั่มที่มีสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระ เช่น วิตามินซี หรือวิตามินอี เพื่อเสริมสร้างการปกป้องผิว และเลือกใช้กันแดดที่มีการผสมผสานฟิลเตอร์ UV แบบหลายชนิด เพื่อเพิ่มความคงทนและประสิทธิภาพในการคุ้มครองผิว เทคนิคการทากันแดดแบบ "Dot Method" ที่จุดกันแดดเป็นจุดทั่วใบหน้าแล้วเกลี่ยอย่างนุ่มนวล จะช่วยให้เนื้อกันแดดกระจายตัวทั่วถึงและปกป้องได้เต็มที่ ไม่ควรทาแบบโปะหรือถูแรง เนื่องจากอาจทำให้กันแดดหลุดลอกหรือกระจายตัวไม่ทั่วถึงได้ ในช่วงที่ต้องออกแดดนาน ๆ ควรเตรียมตัวอย่างดีทั้งการใส่หมวก กางร่ม หรือเสื้อผ้าที่ปกป้องผิว รวมถึงทากันแดดซ้ำทุก 2-3 ชั่วโมง โดยเฉพาะถ้าเหงื่อออกมากหรือว่ายน้ำ อีกทั้งควรหลีกเลี่ยงการออกแดดช่วงเวลาที่ UV พีคสุด คือ 10.00-14.00 น. ท้ายที่สุด การดูแลตัวเองในสายตาคนทั่วไปอาจดูเหมือนเรื่องเล็ก ๆ แต่จริง ๆ แล้วมันเป็นเรื่องสำคัญในระยะยาว การทากันแดดไม่ใช่แค่แฟชั่น แต่มันคือการปกป้องผิวและสุขภาพที่ดีที่สุดในชีวิตประจำวันของเรา ขอให้ทุกคนใส่ใจและปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำเหล่านี้เพื่อให้ "รอดแดด" ในแบบที่ปลอดภัยและยั่งยืนค่ะ
