💭 My Thoughts: I love the previous book in this “series” called ‘Pardon My Frenchie.’ Farrah Rochon’s writing is so refreshing and I love the way she explores Louisiana culture in her novels, too. These cute and cozy books are just what I need right now. I enjoyed ‘Pugs & Kisses’ and as a Black woman and dog lover, I felt so seen. This is a cozy romance with a positive representation of Black people, a little drama and some spice. #blackauthors #romancebook
