Out of all the gym sets I own, I will always reach for my Amplify set from alphalete and never let it go. The shorts have such a great scrunch and fit perfectly on my waist and give my glutes an amazing shape. I’m usually not a fan of lifting in shirts but the top is super thin and lightweight
