10:1 Protein Ratio Jalapeño Meatballs
These are absolutely delicious! I swear.
And SO easy and versatile.
We ate them plain but in the future I see orange sauce, teriyaki, spaghetti, soy sauce, and more!
Just soak the bread without crust, squeeze out excess milk, and combine all ingredients.
Each meatball should weigh about 27 g. Scoop and air fry at 400 for 12-16 minutes or until at least 160 degrees!
