The real ones know 💁🏼♀️
They know the struggle of planning your hair wash days around your workouts.
I usually wash my hair Sunday and do low-sweat arms.
Then Monday I dry shampoo up and do legs.
Tuesday I dry shampoo again 👀 and do arms and jog so I get SWEATY.
So Wednesday I need a top wash to get her a little fresher. 🌺
Thursday I apply more dry shampoo and do legs then take a walk or jog.
After leg day, she dirty. So I wash my hair if I have time or dry shampoo until Sunday and repeat the cycle. 🤣
If you are a gym girlie with extensions, I know you get this!
Am I totally gross or are you with me?
For those navigating the challenge of maintaining healthy hair while sticking to an active lifestyle, it's important to develop a strategic hair care routine that accommodates your fitness schedule. Many gym-goers find themselves prioritizing workouts while managing their hair care needs, especially when using extensions. It's not just about washing; it’s also about knowing when to use dry shampoo effectively. By planning hair wash days around your training days, like washing on Sundays post-arms workout and using dry shampoo for the rest of the week, you can prolong the freshness of your style without sacrificing your fitness goals. Moreover, incorporating a 'top wash' mid-week can help refresh your hair, especially after sweating it out during intense workouts. Techniques can vary, but it’s key to listen to your hair’s needs, whether that involves switching up wash days based on activity levels or exploring products that could prolong your style between washes. Building the right routine not only preserves your hair health but also inspires confidence during your workouts and daily activities.
