This is how I weigh and log this quick & easy high protein salmon recipe.
You can see how I weigh each ingredient in grams.
Create a recipe in myfitnesspal and add each ingredient. The original serving size can be one.
Add up the grams of each ingredient. That will be your final serving size before you save.
Then just weigh out your portion and enter that number of grams in your logged servings.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season your salmon with all purpose and lemon pepper seasonings.
2️⃣ Mix everything except fish in a bowl.
3️⃣ Marinate salmon for 2 hours in it.
4️⃣ Bake at 450 for 12 minutes then broil for 2-3 minutes.
I served mine with roasted Brussels sprouts (bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes) and seeds of change microwave quinoa and brown rice.
