Sad
now a days so hard to make friends.
my friend zone is 0
I love going to the gym talking to anyone
obviously doing my daily routine 14,000 steps
some weight lifting
but today I saw a girl standing on a treadmill pressing the ON button and I told her the main power is not ON.
I stop running and help her to turn on the treadmill.
I need to keep on breaking the ice 🧊
she gave me a fake QR and said is hers.
but brutally honest I talk to male and I help strangers.
I just want to expand my friend zone.

Making friends has become unexpectedly difficult in recent times, and I can deeply relate to the frustration of having a 'friend zone' that feels nonexistent. I enjoy going to the gym, not just for exercise, but as an opportunity to meet and talk to new people. My daily routine includes 14,000 steps and some weight lifting, which keeps me active and healthy, but more than that, I want to break down social barriers. One memorable moment was when I noticed a girl struggling to start a treadmill because the main power was off. I stopped my run to help her, which felt like a natural way to initiate conversation and connect. However, not every social interaction goes smoothly—she gave me a fake QR code instead of her real contact information. Still, this kind of experience doesn’t discourage me. I make it a point to talk to both men and women and help strangers when I can, believing that genuine kindness can create meaningful connections. Expanding your friend zone can feel daunting, especially with the backdrop of rising living costs adding to everyday stresses. But perseverance is key. Small acts of bravery, like offering help in a gym or starting a quick chat, can gradually lower those social walls. Also, don’t underestimate the power of body language and a friendly smile; often, people respond positively when they see you’re approachable. From personal experience, online social forums and communities dedicated to specific interests can also be a great supplement to face-to-face friendships, providing a platform to meet like-minded individuals. In my journey, every interaction, no matter how brief or awkward, is a step forward toward a richer social life. If you’re feeling alone or finding it hard to make friends in this era, remember you’re not alone. Patience and continued effort to break the ice can truly pay off, turning routine activities like going to the gym into unexpected social opportunities.
