Four years ago, a friend told me about an app created by a group of Stanford graduates that lets you “mine” a new cryptocurrency. All I had to do was open the app once a day and click a button. Honestly, it seemed sketchy at first, but since it didn’t require any investment other than a few seconds of my time, I thought, what’s there to lose? 🙃
Fast forward to today, and I’ll admit—I didn’t stick with it as much as I should have. I’d check in every now and then, hoping for some announcement of a launch, but that was about it. 😬
