What’s been bothering you lately that you’re having a hard time expressing?

My job has been very stressful for me. I work in food service, a high stress position when you are clocked in, shouldn’t affect you at home right? I started having a hard time eating, sleeping, and relaxing regularly. I’m home sick now and hopefully I can reset and go back to work motivated to do well.
It has really affected my mental health and my social interactions. I just want to feel like myself again.

I’ll go second <3 I quit my job because people were a bit toxic and I didn’t like that, I started working with my ex’s mom and she keeps talking about him and “joking” about getting me and my ex back together knowing I’m in a loving relationship with my boyfriend. I’m stressing looking for a new job. I’m okay tho ❤️
