I've been on my ear stretching journey for about 6 years now and these are some of the things I've learned. Trust me, I've had my share of blowouts and tears. You don't want them. Not only do they hurt, they make it harder and harder to size up. I was stuck at 2g for a year because of a tear. Don't be like me! Here's some tips on healthy stretching and how to avoid tears and blowouts!
