Stretching Routine🙆🏼♀️
Stretching is one of the most important things for you and your muscles to stay flexible and moving! It’s equally important before and after your workout… so make sure to add these stretches to your routine:
1. standing Quad stretch: Stand upright, holding something for balance if necessary, bend your knee and reach behind you, grabbing your ankle and pulling upwards to feel a stretch in your quad.
2. The total back stretch: this one is just to stretch out your entire back and body. grab a hold of the secured barbell with your feet under you, and push your behind backwards. Stretch all the way as if you’re hanging off the bar.
3. Toe touch stretch: simple as it sounds, reach down and touch your toes, or the ground if you prefer. Hang there a bit, and stretch out your hamstrings!
