The Greatest Heartache I Have Known

On September 18, I lost my sister. In July, she was diagnosed with metastatic cervical cancer. Despite the excruciating pain and the days she couldn’t walk, she crawled on. Her unwavering determination to fight was the most devastating part. Tragically, it wasn’t the cancer that took her life; it was the negligence of the hospitals.
