Salsa verde
Brown your veggies on a skillet or flat top.
Brown garlic the last 4 minutes or so.
Ingredients needed:
•Onion- whole white or yellow
•Serrano
•Jalapeño
•2-3 garlic clove
•Chicken bouillon 1 tablespoon
•Garlic salt 1 teaspoon
•Juice of 1 lime
•tomatillos
Blend blend blend…
For heat adjust to your heat. This was a large enough batch for 2lbs of meat.
I made this to pour over some pork meat. You could pour it over any meat and cook for 5 more minutes.
Check to see if you need more salt at this time when you add it to the stove.
