Seek him daily
We will never understand the way God works in the seasons of our life. We’re not meant to. That’s why his ways are higher than ours. Seek him daily and let him work; growing our character and developing us into the person he created us to be!
Reflecting on the metaphor of wheat growing, I've learned that life truly mirrors the natural cycles we see in agriculture. There are times when we feel planted in darkness, with no visible signs of progress. During these periods, growth is slow and often invisible, much like the roots of wheat stretching unnoticed beneath the soil. It’s easy to feel discouraged when the winds of hardship blow fiercely, threatening to uproot our faith. However, embracing these seasons with trust allows us to develop resilience and deeper character. Instead of resisting or questioning why challenges arise, I remind myself that these moments are essential for transformation. Just as wheat doesn’t sprout overnight, our personal and spiritual growth takes time to flourish. Daily seeking of God provides the strength to endure these difficult times. Through prayer, reflection, and openness to His guidance, I have found that even the toughest seasons contribute to a harvest of wisdom, patience, and peace I never imagined. Holding on during the barren phases is not passive waiting but an active engagement in faith, knowing the field will eventually wave with abundance. This perspective encourages me to celebrate small signs of growth, trust the unseen processes in my life, and remain hopeful for the abundant harvest ahead. In sharing this, I hope others might find comfort and encouragement to seek God daily, embracing all seasons as vital parts of the journey He has crafted uniquely for each of us.
