Still shaking off the rust but happy to be painting again!

Tortilla, black beans, instant Spanish rice, add shredded rotisserie chicken and cheese. Wrap and add to oil. Cook on medium until golden brown. Flip and cook other side until golden brown. Top with red enchilada sauce, cheese, tobasco, salsa, tomato,and avacado.

I was lost and wandering for a few years. I couldn’t paint from the heart because my heart wasn’t in anything I did. I feel more whole everyday now. Different but better!!!!
