How I feel after starting over…

Sometimes I look back at the girl I was… and I want to hug her. She didn’t know what was ahead — the heartbreak, the losses, the nights she cried in silence. But she kept going. And because of her, I’m still here.

She loved deeply, even when it hurt. She dreamed big, even when she was doubted. She didn’t have it all together, but she gave it everything she had.

I’m not her anymore… but I thank her every single day.

If you’re in your ‘becoming’ season, hold on. You’re allowed to outgrow who you were. You’re allowed to heal, to rise, to change.
