Please don’t send me nothing else this hœ got to say… she blocked me to talk about me… so let it stay that way. #sherell #thesherell
I've had experiences where someone blocked me yet continued to engage indirectly through others, which can be really frustrating and emotionally draining. From my perspective, it’s important to set boundaries and not let such actions invade your peace of mind. For example, when someone calls constantly about money but doesn’t respect your limits, it's best to stay firm and avoid further entanglements. In situations like these, focusing on self-care helps a lot. I found that redirecting my energy towards positive relationships and personal growth rather than conflict reduces stress. Blocking or distancing yourself from toxic interactions is sometimes necessary; it’s a way of protecting your mental health. Also, using humor or lighthearted deflection can occasionally ease tension. Ultimately, not worrying about people who aren't contributing positively to your life can be empowering. Trust your instincts, maintain your boundaries, and remember that your time and energy are valuable. Sharing your experience with others can help those facing similar issues realize they’re not alone and encourage healthy communication habits.
