Attending events like the South Beach Wine and Food Festival and Expo West also highlighted how travel can clash with maintaining a balanced lifestyle, especially when you're dining out frequently. Mentally, the fast pace was overwhelming, leaving me feeling scrambled with little sense of day or time. To others who travel this much, I admire your stamina! For me, this intense schedule meant I truly needed a long rest afterward — I caught up on 15 hours of sleep once I returned home. Despite the exhaustion, the experience was rewarding; meeting amazing women at events, celebrating family birthdays, and exploring new places enriched my life.
