I’m back to running with it, just have to do intervals because of my shins. It’s been much warmer in the morning so I have been sweating like a pig lbvs. My neck is slimmer already and posture is improving. After two weeks I can still say it’s a great buy. It just takes consistency. Yes, it’s still heavy when I put it on. If you can’t dedicate a day to it, then wear it while you run errands or doing chores around the house. It’s just helpful for many goals we choose. Did yall get one yet?

Initially, I found the 20lbs vest quite heavy, but over time, it became an essential part of my routine. What I appreciate most is its versatility—I don't always have to dedicate a full workout day to it. Wearing it during everyday activities, like running errands or doing house chores, helps me increase my overall calorie burn without extra time in the gym. One challenge I faced was managing shin discomfort, which made me switch to interval running rather than continuous jogging. Intervals allowed me to keep my cardio up while avoiding aggravating my shins. Plus, the added resistance from the vest meant my muscles worked harder, contributing to noticeable improvements in core strength and posture within just two weeks. The vest’s weight helped me maintain a more upright posture, reducing slouching and making my neck appear slimmer, which was a pleasant surprise. I also found that wearing the vest in warmer mornings led to impressive sweat sessions, boosting my metabolism. Consistency is key—wearing the vest regularly, whether during running intervals or casual daily movement, helped me build strength and endurance more effectively than standard workouts. If you’re considering a weighted vest, start slow to allow your body to adjust. Incorporate it during low-impact activities or intervals and gradually increase usage time. This approach minimizes injury risk and maximizes benefits. Overall, the vest is a valuable tool for anyone looking to enhance posture, add resistance to cardio, and push fitness goals further without complex equipment or extra gym time.
