I’m back to running with it, just have to do intervals because of my shins. I’ve been running a lot with the vest causing shin splints, which I haven’t seen since I was Airborne! I’m sure it’s from heavy weight and running on concrete pavement. Anywho, I’m giving my legs a 2-day rest and then back to it. Arm day is going to go in rotation at 3 days a week, just to be safe.
