Cowboy Casserole

AKA Tator Tot Hotdishes Cousin. . . Forgot to take a good picture before we dove in.

Yet another relatively easy recipe that is also kid approved.

Ingredients:

Hamburger, bacon, corn, cream of whatever you like (mushroom) soup, sour cream, milk, shredded cheese and tator tots,

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Cut bacon to bits, cook hamburger and bacon then mix together

3. Mix together soup, sour cream milk and shredded cheese to get a thinned out yet thick soup texture

4. Layer meat mixture, corn, "soup" mixture then tator tots on top

5. Place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tator tots are golden and done.

6. Enjoy

Has a little more to it then Tator Tot Hotdish but like it about the same. Kids enjoy both about the same. This day we brought it to the lake so kids can play end enjoy.
