Fresh & Healthy Bloody Mary Mocktail

Fresh tomatoes, but of lemon juice, and a little savory kick… this healthy Bloody Mary mocktail came together in just a few minutes and tastes like pure, garden‑fresh goodness. Light, bright, and totally feel‑good without any heaviness.

Would you sip this on your next slow morning?

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh tomato juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2-4 dashes hot sauce

1-2 pinches celery salt

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of smoked paprika

1-2 tbsp pickle brine

Directions:

1. Wash, dice, and juice your tomatoes. Let sit, so foam dissipates.

2. In a shaker or jar, add in: tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, celery salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and pickle brine.

3. Stir or shake gently, until combined. Fill a glass with ice and garnish with a pickle spear or cucumber slice and enjoy!
