Just two nights ago, our valued BTO homeowner (Just done with handover last week) sent this photo: A fire outbreak in their neighbour's currently renovating unit! Our homeowner wishes to share with all that Site CCTV is important to the point of being mandatory. Fortunately, we had CCTVs installed at her site during her renovation with us. Initial investigations into the incident at her neighbour's home may be that the fire was caused by a cigarette butt that was not properly stubbed out.
