Feed those curls and that scalp ✨
My hair grew A LOT last year. Here are 3 habits that worked for me:
💁🏾♀️Habit 1: Oil and Deep Condition BEFORE washing
💁🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Hydrates & improves moisture retention while keeping natural oils needed for growth
🙅🏾♀️Habit 2: PUT IT UP & LEAVE IT ALONE
🙅🏾♀️How It Helps Me: My main goal was growth, but those sew ins with leave out or that slicked back bun was doing nothing for me. I saw inches of growth after I started braiding my hair down & wearing wigs or protective styles for most of the year. It helps to give your hair a chance to grow without being manipulated so often.
💇🏾♀️Habit 3: Trim regularly
💇🏾♀️How It Helps Me: It sounds anti-growth, but I saw a huge difference after I started trimming my hair in-between styles. Trimming prevents breakage and gives your hair the opportunity to grow longer & fuller.
