One Pot Meal 🍴
INGREDIENTS:
6 chicken drumsticks 🍗
1 cup of rice 🍚
1 cup frozen veggies 🥦
1 cup BBQ
1/2 chicken bouillon
2 cup water 💧
1 garlic

STEP 1. Put in a bowl the drumsticks and put the bbq, salt and pepper mix very well and let sit for about 20 min.
STEP 2. Fry the drumsticks 10 min each side, when done put them aside.
STEP3. In the same skillet put 1 tbsp oil, add the garlic and stir for 2 min and add the rice, move it around for 5 min or until a little brown, pour in the water and the chicken bouillon.
STEP 4. Put in the rice the drumsticks and cover it, leave it on medium heat until the water vanishes.
