I’ve been busy this summer working on me, and well I’m ready to step back into my content creation Full force 🙌🏻 ready to ride the wave with me again? #momtok #postpartumjourney #momsover30
Taking time off to prioritize myself after my third postpartum was one of the best decisions I've made. Postpartum recovery can be incredibly demanding, especially when you have more than one child. During those summer months, I focused on rebuilding my mental, emotional, and physical health, which made a huge difference in how I approach motherhood now. One thing I discovered is how important it is to listen to your body and heart. The feeling of being wiped out isn't just physical exhaustion; it's a deep emotional fatigue that requires patience and kindness toward yourself. I explored different self-care routines, from gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation to simply allowing myself more rest and connecting with supportive communities like #momtok. Re-entering content creation feels like riding a wave with renewed strength and authentic purpose. Sharing the ups and downs of my postpartum journey, especially as a mom over 30, resonates with so many who are navigating similar experiences. It’s empowering to create a space where vulnerability is welcomed and where we celebrate small victories together. If you're in your postpartum phase or feeling overwhelmed, know that it's okay to take a pause. Investing time in yourself not only benefits your well-being but also enriches your ability to show up for your family and passions. The summer I took off was like hitting a reset button—something I’m excited to share more about as I continue this journey.
