What i eat at work as a 3-11 office girly
What I eat in a day: Work Edition🥘
Campbell’s Well Yes Soup
Flavored Tuna Pack: Sundried Tomato and Basil mixed with some mayo and mustard
Stash Licorice Spice tea with a *splash* of creamer
Trying to be more mindful in what I’m eating at work while also avoiding ordering from delivery services 😅 between bringing food to work and intermittent fasting I’ve dropped ten pounds since December and haven’t gained any back which usually by now I would 👏🏻 it’s not super fancy and very much thrown together but it helps fuel my mind and body for these late night shifts 😍

Eating well during work hours can be challenging, especially on night shifts. Many people turn to quick and often unhealthy convenience foods, but with a little planning, you can nourish your body without sacrificing taste. One strategy is to prepare meals in advance. This could mean batch cooking on your days off or even just packing a few healthy snacks the night before. Foods such as controlled portions of mixed nuts, Greek yogurt, or hummus with vegetables can be both filling and nutritious. Additionally, staying hydrated is crucial. Often, we confuse thirst with hunger, leading us to make poor food choices. Having a water bottle on hand and easily accessible can help maintain your hydration levels and curb unnecessary snacking. Mindful eating is also key to making healthier choices. This involves taking time to enjoy your meals and snacks instead of eating them in haste. It can be beneficial to focus on flavors and textures, allowing you to appreciate your food fully. Lastly, listen to your body. Way too often, we eat out of habit rather than hunger. Pay attention to your body's signals of satiety after eating, and avoid unnecessary calories. Overall, creating a set structure for your meals and staying aware of what you are consuming can not only improve your health but also enhance your performance at work.
