How I Use My Apple Watch Every Day ⌚️

My Apple Watch keeps me on track every single day — not just for time, but for my wellness habits too 💧⌚️

Here’s how I use it to stay consistent with hydration + goals throughout the day 👇🏽

🕗 8:00 AM – Drink 40 oz

Start strong with 40 oz of water. My reminder goes off right as I’m settling into the day. It’s non-negotiable.

🕘 9:00 AM – Chia/flax seed water

This reminder keeps my gut health in check. I don’t even think about it — my Apple Watch tells me it’s time.

🕛 12:00 PM – Drink 40 oz

Another 40 oz of water to stay energized and beat the afternoon slump. I track it in my health app too!

🕓 4:00 PM – Drink 40 oz

This reminder always saves me — I’m usually deep into work or errands, and it helps me check in and hydrate.

🕘 9:00 PM – Chia/flax seed water

My nighttime chia/flax drink helps me wind down and prep for better digestion and sleep. Watch reminder = routine locked in.

📲 I use the Reminders app for this… the wrist taps are perfect for staying consistent without distractions.

This is how I stay aligned with my health goals — all from my wrist. What habit would you set up reminders for? 👇🏽

... Read moreUsing an Apple Watch can greatly enhance productivity and promote healthy habits. Not only does it provide timely reminders to drink water throughout the day, but it also encourages mindfulness about personal health. Many users find that setting multiple reminders helps instill a lifestyle that prioritizes hydration and wellness. One effective method is to set specific hydration goals — for instance, consuming a certain amount of water every few hours. Utilizing features like the Reminders app on the Apple Watch allows you to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed by notifications. This discreet reminder system can be especially beneficial during busy days filled with work or numerous tasks. Additionally, incorporating gut-friendly drinks, such as chia or flax seed water, into your hydration routine can offer digestive benefits, furthering your wellness goals. These drinks can be particularly advantageous during times when digestion is crucial, like before bedtime, as they help promote a restful night’s sleep. Overall, an Apple Watch can serve not just as a timekeeper but as a vital assistant in managing health habits and routines in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. What will you track better with your Apple Watch?
