When was the last time you reset your tech?

Dear loves 💌,

Sometimes the reset we need isn’t a full erase—

just a soft refresh. 💭💜

For Valentine’s Day, I gave my Apple Watch Series 9 a digital reset that felt intentional, calm, and very me. I didn’t change everything—just the parts that needed new energy.

What I did:

• Swapped my Apple Watch band to a new color for a subtle aesthetic shift

• Changed the wallpaper color while keeping the same design

• Kept my angel number + uplifting quote

• Gently wiped down the watch (because clean tech = clear mind)

Same watch. New feeling.

This kind of reset is perfect when you want motivation without overwhelm—and when you still love what you already have.

💜 Mini Must-Knows

1. Color psychology matters

Changing your band or watch face color can subconsciously affect mood, focus, and motivation—especially if you glance at it all day.

2. Keep what resonates

You don’t need a brand-new wallpaper to feel refreshed. Keeping meaningful elements (like affirmations or angel numbers) helps maintain emotional consistency.

3. Clean tech = better habits

Wiping down your Apple Watch regularly helps with hygiene and creates a “new start” feeling that can spark better daily routines.

This is your sign to romanticize your tech just a little—

small resets can bring big clarity.

Save this for your next soft reset ✨

Follow for more aesthetic tech refreshes + digital glow-ups.

-Sincerely,

Tee 💜🫶🏽

... Read moreResetting your tech doesn’t always mean starting over from scratch — a soft refresh can offer a new perspective and renewed motivation without the hassle of setting everything up again. Taking inspiration from seasonal changes, like refreshing your Apple Watch for Valentine’s Day, can help keep your device feeling fresh and inspiring throughout the year. One tip I’ve found particularly helpful is focusing on color psychology. Simply swapping out your watch band for a new hue or adjusting your wallpaper’s color can subconsciously uplift your mood and sharpen your focus since you see your watch multiple times a day. I like to choose colors that evoke calmness or energy depending on the season or my current goals. Keeping familiar and meaningful elements, like angel numbers or motivational quotes, adds emotional consistency while still feeling refreshed. Your tech becomes not just a tool but a daily source of encouragement. Cleaning your watch regularly is another small ritual that makes a big difference. A clean device feels new, and this act doubles as a reminder to maintain good habits outside of the digital world. I like to gently wipe my Apple Watch before putting on a new band or changing my wallpaper, creating that feel-good “new start” vibe. Lastly, treat this tech refresh like a mindful moment — no need to overwhelm yourself with drastic changes. The idea is to create positive shifts that feel intentional and personal. Whether it’s for a special day like Valentine’s or simply the start of a new season, a soft reset can boost your motivation and bring clarity. Remember, your tech reflects your energy, so take some time to romanticize and care for it to inspire your daily routines.
