1 potato (microwaved 4 mins, cooled, then chopped)

1 onion (chopped)

4 lemons (juice)

4 green chilies (chopped)

2 Persian cucumbers (chopped)

Handful of fresh cilantro (chopped)

Spices:

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp paprika

2 shakes black pepper

To serve:

Mix everything together
