The pulmonary surgical team welcomed ministry surgeons from India and Indonesia for 3 months of training, with a total of 360 patient surgeries.
👉 the project aims for participating doctors to bring their knowledge back to developing treatments in their countries.
Over the past three months, we have been working intensely every day, some days starting surgery at 5 am, some days completing midnight, or continuing from 6 am until midnight, an average of 14 cases a day. Both doctors have been involved and learned fully alongside our team at every moment.
Over the past one year, more than 20 doctors from many countries have joined our center, reflecting the intention of a small team that wants to make changes to the treatment system without a return.
I feel very proud of these two doctors and hope that their knowledge and experience will be used to help patients in their country. I wish them success on the professional path and believe that we will be reunited in the future.

การได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับศัลยแพทย์ทรวงอกจากอินเดียและอินโดนีเซียเข้ามาฝึกอบรมที่ศูนย์ผ่าตัดปอดนี้ ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ทั้งน่าตื่นเต้นและท้าทายอย่างมากสำหรับทีมงานทุกคน ในช่วงเวลาสามเดือนนั้น เราได้เรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กันอย่างเต็มที่ ทุกวันเริ่มทำงานตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่และบางวันสิ้นสุดล่วงดึก โดยเฉลี่ยผ่าตัดถึงวันละ 14 ราย ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นเพื่อพัฒนาตัวเองและระบบการแพทย์โดยรวม หนึ่งในจุดเด่นของการฝึกอบรมนี้คือการที่แพทย์ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ลงมือผ่าตัดจริงเคียงข้างทีมเรา ซึ่งช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งมากขึ้นทั้งในด้านเทคนิคและการจัดการผู้ป่วยภายใต้ความกดดันสูง นอกจากนี้การที่ศูนย์ของเราได้รับแพทย์เข้าร่วมฝึกมากกว่า 20 คนจากหลากหลายประเทศตลอดปีที่ผ่านมา แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชื่อมั่นและความสำเร็จของโครงการนี้ในการขยายขอบเขตความรู้และทักษะทางศัลยกรรมปอดอย่างแท้จริง ประสบการณ์ร่วมนี้เปรียบเสมือนแพลตฟอร์มที่ช่วยเชื่อมต่อความรู้ระหว่างประเทศ และยังเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ทุกคนในทีมเห็นความสำคัญของการทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อเป้าหมายที่ใหญ่กว่า เพื่อนำไปสู่การช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยในวงกว้างต่อไป ผมเชื่อว่าความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่สั่งสมจะถูกนำไปต่อยอดและพัฒนาต่อเนื่องในสถานการณ์จริงกับผู้ป่วยในประเทศของศัลยแพทย์ทั้งสอง ท้ายที่สุด ความมุ่งมั่นและความภาคภูมิใจในผลงานจะช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์ที่แข็งแกร่งและยั่งยืนในอนาคต
