January 1st Declaration

Today, I step into this new year with intention, not pressure.

I release the weight of who I thought I had to be

and honor who I am becoming.

I declare that healing will not be rushed.

That rest is not weakness.

That joy is allowed in my life.

I choose peace over perfection.

I choose progress over punishment.

I choose grace over guilt.

This year, I give myself permission to begin again —

softly, honestly, and without fear.

I trust that God is guiding my steps,

strengthening my heart,

and restoring what has been weary.

I am safe to grow.

I am worthy of peace.

I am open to new beginnings.

This is my year of healing.

This is my year of becoming.
